Participants will learn and practice the Recognize, Interrupt, and Repair (RIR) protocol and begin to build capacity to have difficult conversations on topics that will allow each participant to freely express their viewpoints and be heard. Thus promoting a healthy work climate where individuals are free to be themselves and honestly share about the impact of interactions that would normally divide them.
